There are so many NAP users these days but I don’t see any “innovation” within the system, besides from a couple of people from the SA boards. I thought I’d share the simplified Point A ritual I use of my personal modified NAP grimoire.
It’s quite simple and gets’ to the point, which is something I like and prefer so here’s the rundown of the ritual format.
- Get into that sorcerer state.
- Create a magickal field (LBRP, Circle casting, Zone Rites, TAZ, whatever you prefer).
- Recite Simplified Point A Rite
- HGA Rite (optional)
- Specific NAP Rite
- License To Depart
Now, here is the Simplified Point A Rite that I use these days;
I now activate my avatar power. I call on the inner planes, and state my purpose thus. ANKAR YOD HAY VAW HAY. I call on thee, Mighty Arzel, to assist me in this and all my ventures.
As you can tell, it’s pretty short and sweet – condensed to the meat and potatoes of the idea behind the tech. The original rite, in my opinion, was 90% relaxation exercise and was more so geared for the beginner/n00b mage. This tech would work well w/ the intermediate mages out there who don’t take a while to get into their zone.
A couple of points I’d like to address…
 I like creating a TAZ because it clears up the communication lines. You ensure on your side that you are doing everything on your part to clear the line of communication
 Contacting your HGA is optional in this ritual, especially if your sole purpose is to have a wish granted. I think that’s what Arzel main duty is anyways.
 I like to meditate on the ritual, let you really sink into what you want. Maybe get some vibes or omens while in that zone.
 I like having a license to depart rite, it provides closure and I feel like I’m actually saying goodbye to the entities that I have been working w/ for so long now.
This was a previous post that I’d like to reincarnate, just for the viewers who never read this since this was way buried in the archives. Original posting date was August 22nd, 2013.
